Best online store to shop for gifts & flowers. I found this site accidentally while surfing so thought to try out. I found that they have good collection of exclusive gifts and thats too budget friendly. I had ordered pink roses with chocolate combo. These People do not pick one call out of 20. I have no clue what is the status of my order for flowers and previously the response received was so slow that i was confused whether they are professionals or not.
I have attached emails exchanged with Floral and they behave impossible.
Request everyone around to discard FLORALPASSION for lifetime as the flowers which just got delivered today are exactly opposite to what i had ordered

Just not worth rating , disgusting, manner-less,rude .These people spoiled our surprise. Didn't delivery our flowers nor responded to our several calls,text and mails.
Don't ever waste your money by placing order to these unprofessional 's. I made a mistake by ignoring the negative reviews before the placing order, you don't do the same.

I think this is very unprofessional service. I ordered an item to be delivered in Gurgaon from their website, as they mentioned on website that item will be delivered on same day. But it was very disappointing to see that their was unresponsive. The only contact number on website, and that nobody answers EVER. Email response team is incapable of providing delivery status aside from saying that they will notify when item is delivered. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MONEY. Go for more professional delivery service.
