Fraud company. Did not deliver the order, nor refunded the money. Talking to the customer care is not only very difficult but also, a complete waste of time as they offer no support. Calling up at their Kolkata office was the worst experience where some guy (who claimed to be the receptionist) had only one thing to say: "Call the customer care, we can do nothing". And finally hung up the phone when I was still talking and stopped answering further calls from my number.

Finally, I wrote an email asking for the refund. It has been a week now and the response is still awaited. I shall be lodging a complaint in the consumer forum.

Very disappointed by their service. I have used them before to deliver flowers, etc. to my aged parents in Kolkata. They have never been very punctual, routinely disregarding the suggested delivery times, but this time was the worst! Instead of a normal daytime delivery, they called and informed my parents that they would come at 6pm. They were informed that my parents had plans to go out that night (an anniversary celebration). Instead they arrived well after 8:30pm without any explanation. Parents had to cancel their plans and I felt terrible that instead of being able to do something nice for them (living so far away), I actually ended up doing the opposite! Will never use them again.

I would give it ZERO stars if it allowed me to.
I placed an order for a rakhi on 08/12/19 to be delivered on 08/15/19.
I thought that for a website that offers same day delivery, it should not be an issue. That is where I was wrong and the issues started.
I got a payment confirmation email that said that I would receive the tracking number from the shipping company (fedex) a little later.
I NEVER got that email. Ok, I thought, never mind, they will atleast deliver on the correct day.
Wrong again. After it was evening on 08/15 and I still DIDNT see my order delivered I tried calling the contact us number listed. BIG MISTAKE.
Every time I call the number, I get told that the wait time is between 15-30 seconds, at the end of which, I just hear "GoodBye" and the call is disconnected.
I was trying to call this number from USA and in trying to reach them multiple times, I incurred a bill for calling which was 10$ (The order that I placed was 8.99$). Still I wasnt able to talk to anyone.
I did open a ticket where they replied to me, finally providing me the fedex tracking number.
Lo and behold... The shipment tracking said that the scheduled delivery based on the priority selected was 8/16 by 8 pm. So not only did they know that my parcel was not going to get delivered on time, they chose to not tell me about it before when I could have done something about it.
As of me typing this, it is 08/17 in India and the parcel is still not delivered.
I would strongly advice against using this company for anything.

I planned to surprise my wife on anniversary as I was out of town. Hence I googled and found them, there website was very decent and eye catching, but overpriced but I felt ok. I placed the order around 4am on 5th Feb 20.
Now the same chasing begins, customer care number mentioned in website was not reachable, after further searching got another number and called, so called gentleman picked up after 10 calls, he asked me to share order derails through WhatsApp which I did instantly, since after to follow up I called but on response, ultimately switched off. So no value of one's emotion.

Latest update: finally delivered at 9pm

This the worst service I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional, they have no sense of same day delivery. I had booked well in advance for delivery on a specific day. They need to understand that people order these flowers for certain occasions and they are not delivered on that specific dat the whole thing becomes meaningless. After repeated text messages of non delivery they gave me lame excuses and shamelessly told me that it will be delivered next day. In my case the person who it was meant to be delivered had already left the place by that time.. I will never order anything from this place again! I am giving 1 star as I can not go any lower.

After spending half hour inputting all info, at the end it says "Ooops something went wrong". Tried this 6 times, wasted half a day to no avail. Useless for international customers. They removed Paypal payment option.

Great product delivered though expected it to arrive little early...had to follow-up...overall happy & satisfied to the product....alls good if it end good 😊

This is the worst company bordering a scam. I am about to call my credit card company and let them know that they have taken money and not delivered. Please do not order anything from here. They told me on 14th Feb that they do not have flowers to deliver (order placed several days before) and asked me to choose chocolates or something else from website that they can deliver. No one ever picks up their customer service number, Please save your money and do not order from here. They have done this three times in a row.
