Unprofessional owner, just running because of old name but very rude behavior.
On 14 Feb I purchased a statue for my friend's anniversary, I asked to pack the gift in a proper way but the owner talking like a streat vendor.
Try at other place, there are many options in agra to purchase gifts and flowers etc.
