It was my in laws 50th Anniversary recently. I was visiting Lucknow to celebrate their memorable day. I needed to order bouquets, cakes, Garland ..for various moments planned through their day. My mother in law said her favourite place was Ferns and Petals. I reached this particular franchise by chance and am grateful I did. The entire staff was so helpful. Shashank went out of his way to help me get everything delivered at various times of the day (starting with 6.30am!) with personal messages written by me, all printed out in a card. He kept me posted about what the various final packages would look like. There was enthusiasm, trust, rapport, support, fun, warmth, kindness and attention to detail. It was A JOYFUL experience working with them. Their professionalism is above board and it’s no surprise that they won the first price amongst all Ferns and Petals franchisees in Northern India. My best wishes to them and lots of Gratitude 🙏🏼 & Blessings. The celebrations would not have been the same without their help. I took my in laws over later to express our gratitude. 🙏🏼
