It was a wonderful experience. I called them checked their website, ordered the bouquet and paid through GPay. They delivered it on time at very early hours as promised and the bouquet was very beautiful. The owner was very polite and accommodating to any request.

No value for customer. First of all they are pricey. The charge double than the actual price. Second they are never in mood to work. They don't attend customer properly. Impose their own ideas on customer. I made an advance payment and gave an order two days ahead. Still they didn't keep the order ready. When I walked into shop they started checking on order. They do not seem to be interested in running the business. I would not recommend any one to take a chance by visiting this shop

Very very poor on time keeping. if you have no other option, its better to remove the bouquet options rather than placing order with Grace Flowers. I will never ever come here

We ordered a one colour, they delivered a different and not delivered mentioned time and flowers r not fresh as they shown in the picture. Not worth for money. We called regarding that, no proper response and they r not accepting what they did. Very rude. We wasted our money and we lost our respect by sending such kind of flowers.
