Punsons Flora - Flowers and Cake delivery in Zirakpur

We received a bouquet of stale flowers and pathetic cake today. Even after informing Punjsons, who promised replacement, no action was taken. And then they stopped taking phonecalls. It was our anniversary but they sent a birthday cake on which the word 'birthday' was crudely removed and over written as 'WEDD Anni'. Substandard. Should be totally avoided.

Awesome service, I mean it was excellent and so hassle free. I ordered flowers for my aunt’s birthday and it was delivered well on time.
I was late to order for a midnight delivery, but they still took an offline order on whatsapp and the customer support was great. Thank you so much! Loved the experience 👍🏻😇
