Mr.Aadesh Patil is an extremely kind person and understands his customers very well ,as I needed a bouquet urgently and without any complaints he made one even though it was closing time.the flowers were great and I highly recommend this branch of fern's and petals. Had ordered a personalized cake for my son's bday and just in the day it had some issues with the design I chose and what was made,but nonetheless they were prompt enough to make all the necessary changes in time for the celebration. Would recommend it to you if you're looking for some fancy and delicious cakes!

Pathetic experience! Please guys dont trust FNP at all. I ordered Flowers/plant/choclate and paid the amount but at the day of delivery..I got a call from FNP that they wont be able to deliver plant/Flowers as its lockdown and told me to compromise and book cake instead of plant/flowers. I agreed but still my order is not delivered and money is not refunded...Very Disappointing.

Pathetic service and pathetic people with no ethics of talking customer. They do fraud in terms of taking orders online and online payment. Both the Husband and Wife doesn't know how to treat customer. They asked to do payment twice as they told us that they didn't receive the payment. When asked about the payment status, they started giving me excuses and promised to share bank statement but didnt. When asked about the invoice they didn't share it either. Please learn first to be agood listener and learn business ethics.

Great service but the delivery boy was soo rude he can't wait 10-15 min as sometimes we are stuck in office....it was very bad from delivery boy and also louder and showing anger on call... unacceptable this
