Came with high expectations seeing the reviews. Only one bunch of rose in the shop! Not recommended if you need urgently any bouquet for an important occasion

I ordered flowers for my wedding day from this place seeing their Instagram page. But, the flowers they delivered were not fresh. Especially the bouquet and matching hair accessory. I hereby attach the pictures of bouquet with wilted and drooping flowers taken before the ceremony at the church. Because of this my entire wedding look was affected badly. Also they are not at all customer friendly and won't reply to messages promptly.

lengthy talk instead of fulfilling the order. Rs. 2500 demanded as delivery+fixing charge ( delivery location is 8 kms distance from shop) for a flower cost (car decoration) which comes Rs.5000 . same thing got received from another shop which cost around Rs.3000 with free delivery and fixing. totally looting mentality.

One of the worst shops with absolutely no accompanying plants. Stocks all kinds of roses which is good but almost no choice for orchids and lilies and whenever they have it’s sold out . Unfortunately Cochin doesn’t have many good flower shops, so this would do.

Very unhappy with their unprofessional behaviour and lack of responsibility.
I had ordered a bouquet in the morning which they promised to deliver by 5pm in the evening. I went there at 530 pm to collect it, but the staff was clueless about such an order and wasn't in a situation to complete it as they were out of flowers. If they couldn't deliver, at the least they should have given me a call upfront. Very unprofessional and such a shame!

Really disappointed with the service here. They couldn't deliver the flowers we ordered on time . And very rude behaviour by the owner. At the last moment they asked us to look for plan B which was extremely unprofessional.
