The delivery was on time. Cake was really decent. Picture cake was clear. I ordered black forest cake. The cream was optimal, not too much creamy. My son loved it

Wanted to give stars in minus if available. Poor response. And B day cakes are delivered by 10 PM , and customer support answers are irrelevant and rude. No refund is given for their faults. Takes money even if services are not rendered shamelessly. I wonder how can they even manage to get sme stars . Absolutely waste of money.

Horrible cake it's not even a pastry it's just a Normal sponge cake with whip cream, and overpriced for the product. The price is not same as the menu in Google.

Absolutely disgusting.. have ordered few personalized items from their website. No update no proper response. Delaying that's it bday is over been a week now. Even now no Call from delivery person.

Don't put yourself by placing Pre-paid orders and in trouble. Look for some better alternative all are cheaters these days.

my request to all, please don't order or you will be delivered as attached cake and customer care don't have time to replace. Money wasted, time wasted and FnP is least bothered for your sentiments, Please check before ordering
