It appears that they are running a bonus firm. I made payment of Rs.1500 to one Mr Gurpreet Singh for delivering a one kg chocolate Truffle cake and a bouquet in Dhakoli Zirakpur. No delivery has been made till 1.50 pm. Now this gentleman is not even picking my phone on which I have called him more than 10 times.

No delivery of flowers. Said that they could not find the house but I have ordered from them multiple times. And no one ever picked up the phone.

My friends send this surprise bday cake for me from ferns and petals.

Firstly the delivery boy drops the cake while coming to my place. He went back for the pick up of new cake and he called us and told that he will reach the destination in next half an hour but we have to go for the bday celebration so we picked the cake while going on to our destination.

The cake tastes pathetic. We didn’t had it we throw it to the dogs.

The cake was not at all good. It is not expected from FnP.

Really disappointed from FnP.

I ordered a cake and they mismatched it. They didn't sent my cake and sent someone's else cake to me.later the customer whose cake was with us called us if we had his cake. they also provide numbers to unknown.first and worst experience ever. Worst service.
