Genuine experience. Book and bouquet are the worst in delivering the items and handling customers. You can call them endlessly but they won't pick and if by any chance if they do they won't deliver. I got my order on 17th feb after calling them 100 times i think. The order was suppose to be delivered on 14th feb. Also to mention about winni who is a fraud app. Don't ever order anything from winni.
