FlowerAura - Flower and Cakes : Same Day Delivery

I live in Canada and I have been using their service to send birthday cakes and gifts to my parents in India for over 4 years now. I can’t be more happier than this. Even their customer support is very prompt. I needed help with some clarification and a rep named Varun helped me out on the chat within a couple of minutes. Highly recommended!

very bad service don't trust on them trust me they are fake they call at delivery time and start dirty and rubbish talk after that they started call again and came two nonsense delivery boys they didn't give a special note which i gave them to mentioned and they took my money for combo of cake and buckeye only cake they provide buckeye was not delivered slot i mentioned midnight before 12 but they delivered after 40 minutes of delivery time and with no buckeye and no special note they are fake don't trust on them surprise was spoil because of them only i hate you all and your service screenshot attached their assignments also not supported my experience is very bad

Extremely satisfied with thier service. I had entered the wrong delivery date and they immediately corrected it upon request. Thank you to Pankaj and Pulkit for sorting everything on time. They delivered it exactly when I wanted it to. And the flowers were fresh and the cake was yummm. 100% recommended.

The delivery guy got the bouquet with torn packaging, he said it got torn in his bag. All the flowers were crushed. We have requested him to replace immediately as the same need to be sent to school principal in morning. The wonderful Suport person arranged for the replacement immediately, understanding the urgency. Although should not have happened at first instance. Delighted that the problem was taken care immediately. Received the fresh package now.. Thanks!

I have booked flowers for my friend's anniversary and have doubts about delivery timing and product availability. Mr. Manish from FlowerAura assisted me very politely and resolved my every doubt. I am very thankful for his help.

Terrible experience. Both delivery and customer service. They haven't delivered the order but have updated the status as delivered and only automated customer service is available. Whatsapp support... no response, email support... insufficient options. Such fakes...sham... negative rating for floweraura. Instead of making occasions special you're ruining them. Who takes over 30 minutes to resolve such a simple issue....... which btw is still unresolved!!!!!!
