I would have given them a zero star if that was in the option. Worst CS team, fail to help customers. They are just making money out of people's feeling. They Dont deliver order on time. They just apologize on call and do nothing about it.

Dont use it. They have shown products which will be entirely different on delivery.

I ordered a Ferrero rocher gift wrap along with flowers and cake. The box I received of Ferrero rocher was broken from 3 places. I had paid double the price of the Ferrero and didn't even receive a decent box. Didn't expect this from fnp. Horrible experience.
