I’m glad to be a part of this gym. It’s actually well maintained. All the staff & the trainers are really professional as well as friendly it depends on u how u want to carry your attitude towards them. The trainers are really motivating. The owner of the gym also visit the gym to maintain it well. Join there to stay fit & active & most importantly want to build up my strength & I’m genuinely saying that if You are dedicated to yourself you will definitely see the results with there help. Push yourself to be healthy, happy & most importantly become a stronger version of your. I’m starting to see my results & I’m happy with my decision to join here.

Well behaved, experienced & cooperative trainers with their proper training guidance, scheduled training and diet chart within a reasonable fee structure. Also the gym contains various useful equipments. Really a nice experience of joining Urja Gym.

Hand's down the best choice I have made in 2022 joining Urja Gym. Trainers are competent,well experienced and the overall vibe is great. I definitely recommend the gym if you're looking for reasonable, squeaky clean gym with awesome trainers who push you towards the next level of your fitness!!!!

Well, what am I gonna say about this amazing place! You know being a civil service aspirant I really don't get much time to interact with people for the vast studying process, and being an extrovert it is really necessary to communicate with people to get stable 😅, therefore, this place gives me a lot of opportunities to interact with a great crowd. And I think I would like to keep this reason on the top.
Secondly, I wanna talk about my trainer, the one and only Suman Da, is another diamond in the crown, this guy is far more dedicated and experienced towards his job, more than we could think. He puts equal efforts to everyone, and guide us throughout the journey. Indeed he's a great trainer.

See! I believe, one can have the transformation when the person is happy mentally and physically, and this place will give you the both. It will be everything that you need to change.

Third, about the gym and other stuffs. well, the location is absolutely fantastic, easy to reach. Equipments are nice and enough, besides, developing day by day. It has got a lot of space. Also, every person related to the gym is coordinating, from the owner to our sweet receptionist Susmita di.
