Chaitanya Health Club

I went to this place a week back. The guy who sits in the counter was extremely rude. Rather than being humble and being courteous, he was being extremely rude and our whole conversation was based on him interrogating me. When I asked him to show me the pool he told me that it's women's batch so he won't be able to show us but then he says you can see it on the CCTV. Haven't seen this kind of unprofessional behaviour in decades. Never going to suggest this place to anyone.

I was naive to swimming so I asked questions prior to take admission for training for swimming, he seems irritated to answer , that guy was full of ego and more interested in filling his ego rather than converting people as customer.
Even je was saying you have asked lot of question that I should write book on it and give to customers. He wasn't even smiling saying that so it could taken as casual joke.
Obviously I will wait for better place rather than putting money inthe pockets of such rude businesses here..cheap,
Also to his worker when I asked about cleaning process he was equally disappointed to face such question.
Not sure whether is this general trend in Haldwani.
Hope will things will get better soon

It's a good place to workout, trainers are knowledgeable.
Badminton court looks decent it 's a regular wooden court.

The pool is good ..but trainer is not helping not interested and water is not cleaned regularly...nice space but not maintained at all...value for money is not there

Very professional staff specially the ma'am was very nice and helping. And the pool is very clean and tidy. If you want to learn swimming then it's the best place in haldwani.

Good but not Excellent !!! Water is not changed timely in swimming pool !!

The gym is good, but trainers are not guiding you until you pay their monthly fee apart from the gym fee, which is 5k per month(trainers fee). The gym fee is 1500 Rs per month and a 500 Rs registration charge.

Its one of the best badminton acdamy in Haldwani.
