The ambience inside the gym is really nice. Machines and instruments are in good condition. The crowd is also controlled so you’ll not find the gym overcrowded either in the morning or in the evening.
Their is ample space to perform lifts , squats and presses.

A very apt place to workout 🏋️and change our mood. A couch of dedicated fitness professionals and their friendly approach, tailor made fitness routines and follow ups even for general fitness member like me. Hats off! And had a small chat, I could literally feel the energy gush when he started talking about fitness. Two decades of training experience he could mould more than a thousand people so far. Long story short, I am happy to sculpt my body in Fit Life Gym along with my trainer ( Samir Sir ) and awesome state of the art machines.

All gym equipments and machines are available here. Certified trainer ,gives attention to each member . I am highly recommended 👌 his effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing &communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.

Fit Life Unisex Gym is one of the best gym in Greater Noida. Machines are of best quality. The trainer always guides & help while exercising. The ambience is also great. Amazing gym with an the required equipment. The timings are well suited according to your needs. Trainer Sir is very knowledgeable with regards to exercises, routines, hypertrophy and diet. You have to join this!

One of the Best GYM in Greater Noida. Interior is very much beautiful, Location is very Good and the trainer Mr Sameer Is very much dedicated & professionally train all the Fitness enthusiasts.

Equipment is good for beginner to medium intensity workout. Crowd is good and descent. The trainer is what distinguishes this place from others. He is good, knowledgeable and gives equal attention to all patrons.
