Good gym, now they are providing special ladies batch from 10am to 2pm for those not able to come morning session due to home work and busy with school going children.

Its been almost 4 months now, this has been our routine. Not a day, we felt like skipping workout. The environment around is motivational and the ppl here are friendly, no one will ever interfere during your session, instead they would help with suggestions on what and how it is to be done!!
