Ideal Fitness Centre

I have been to many gyms but the most important thing I liked about this place is the trainer. He understands the requirements and assigns the workouts accordingly. He listens to your concerns and provides the solutions with alternates. The ambience is good. The crowd is good. They don't allow any nuisance.

Visiting IFC for the past 6 months and my experience has been amazing.
The head coach is very knowledgeable and cooperative. Other trainers are also very humble and helpful.
Training routine is designed for all kinds of gym goers.
I recommend this place to all those who intend to get fit and healthy.

The gym is very spacious and tidy. The trainers are very humble and considerate. All the members are well behaved and respectful. Machines are well maintained and all necessary equipments are available. Loved working out at Ideal Fitness Centre.

Most perfect gym I ever came across. Unlike other gyms, trainer tries to explain every nitty gritty of excercise and fitness. He understand calibre of member and prepare plans as per that. Regular follow up every week. Wide range of equipments which you won't find in modern day gyms. Trainers are motivating. Every once in while, they organize yoga, hiking and football sessions.

IFC has been awesome to me. By far the best facility around, with all the equipments, workouts are fun here, fellow members are inspiring, Great Vibe, Good trainers, with weekly follow ups.

Mr. Himanshu has good understanding of fitness, he has designed the whole gym in a passionate manner. I enjoyed my time being at the gym.

I enjoyed my short stint in this gym....its a very well equipped,spacious,clean place to look for workout...the trainers are knowledgable and professiinal....and especially Himanshu is a learned man who knows what and how much exercise should be done for an individual based on their goals....the content he makes is also short,purposeful...Keep doing your best😊
