I have been to many gyms but Ohio gym is best till now the staff is very supportive and helpful. They also have female trainer she'll be motivating u on each nd every set the gym has good ventilation, must visit and become the part of Ohio family

This is the best gym in ludhiana till now...i was 75 kg….i have lost 17kg in 6months under guidance of personal trainer Ravi sir ....the atmosphere in the gym is so friendly. I fell in love with doing exercises. All the staff of this gym is very cooperative.

The gym facilities are very upgraded, Imported Machines (Fitline) & ambience of gym gets you going, staff is very approachable. But Gunjan Mam is very Supportive & loving .Thanku so much Mam for your valuable training 😇I really enjoyed it , nd appreciated that you made it fun 🥰

*BE AWARE* Guys…No doubt gym is Good but be Aware if they anything promise you for sake of membership .. Please be sure to take it in writing from them … i have experienced two time .. here with Mr. Agustun (A Tail Guy). He promise me something for my friends membership but after that he denied.
