Very nice gym with suppirtive coaches and a nice atmosphere. Also very good for any age group

Discent rates very good gym in ranjit avenue.no parking issue.safe area and gym for women even.

The area covered is less but the trainers are good and reception staff is polite.

No discipline in this gym whenever they close the gym whenever they open the gym and there is no such trainer to help anyone.

Gym was good & large in size but only bad point was they don't have 25 kg dumbel & lats pull down machine & other wise gym was good
