Good food but the waiting time was forever. Service was great

I have deducted 2 stars for the quality of the service they have. The whole ambiance does not feel that of a 5 star hotel, it seems more like a 3star deluxe restaurant, where waiters speak loudly with each other and dont seem to put attention to customer needs. The food was excellent though, cant compaint a bit about the food, everything ranging from biryani to kebabs were nice. Also the mocktails were good.

Silent relaxing soothing environment.Interior is quite artistic.Waiters are mannered and food was good.Mutton biryani was mouth watering.Its a perfect place for family dinner.

Worst dining restaurant in Patna.

Maurya is the oldest hotel in Patna but is worst amongst service now. The Hotel doesn't even bother about valet parking in the first place.

- Manchow soup... Tasteless nothing even close to being Manchow. And was served noodles already in the soup

- Bhuna Chicken... Another tasteless dish with nothing being even close to being called Bhuna

- Daal Makhani...never had such a bad daal in my life.

The restaurant fails in providing good tasty food simply to say... Better to avoid it.

Wasted my evening, time and money. Will never visit it again.

Worst buffet I have ever experienced. Never ever go for a buffet here. Limited menu, not at all tasty and even staffs are rude. So, food experience ruined. Other items from menu are also bad or average in taste.

Ambience is good, there is outdoor pool beside the dining hall and that looks pretty good. But it's a kind of serious environment, will not be able to enjoy like a party.

Great service. Polite staff. Food was quite average. Special mention to Mr Shahabuddin. He was kind enough to manage the set up and decoration as directed over the call !

We had a family dinning here & it was super excellent. The taste of food is epic. Service is good as per the standard. We really enjoyed. Hope to visit soon

I went yesterday with my friend
I have allergies to chilly and spices.
Ordered masala dosa with NO spice or mirchi. Underlined it several times. Waiter assured me it will be prepared. Dosa came.
As soon as it touched my mouth my entire mouth tongue started burning 🔥
I looked inside and there was a big fat red chillly on the top of the potato😡
I have developed burning mouth syndrome After covid. I started to choke. If I had swallowed that bite I would have had a esophageal spasm.
The chef laughed.
They have no sense at all. Then we learnt that the dosa had been brought in from a dhabba. Not cooked inside Maurya kitchen 😣🥵
