Amavi by Sumera

We chanced upon Amavi by Sumera after four days of restaurant hopping in goa for dinner on a Saturday Night.
To our surprise we were greeted by the staff on the main road & helped with parking admist heavy rain ( the restaurant being on the adjacent road, 500mts away).
Similarly, we were escorted to our table with warmth, smiles & the captain walked us through their menu.
We had quite a few cocktails, needless to say the tiger shrimp as fresh as it can be,
Complimentary sides, dry Chicken with spices .
Easily one among the finest we have dined in so far, we look forward to visit again & again.

A very private and peaceful ambience was the first factor to draw us to this place.

Reputation of Chef Sumera obviously preceding her, was clinching in getting the group to indulge in one of the most flavourful experiences our palates had.

The staff was very professional and courteous, the aroma, the flavours and the aftertaste of the food was mesmerizing.

It has created a permanent spot on our Goa to-do list.

I was blown away by the taste of food and service. This is something on the next level. The staff is very helpful and professional. Food is not only tasty, but has great appearance. And this is true for any dish you order.

My first restaurant at Goa. My family and I enjoyed food and had a peaceful time at the restaurant. Food was excellent. My little one enjoyed her favourite Pasta with loaded veggies. Should definitely try if you visit Goa. Thanks Amavi by Sumera.

Excellent experience overall! Sumera , her team & the food were all exceptional. I celebrated my birthday there with my mother and my partner surprised me by planning ahead but we decided what we wanted from the menu and Sumera was there to assist us. Had a lovely rosé , Australian. They had set up beautiful lilies on the table and other decor for my birthday. All the staff members were attentive and efficient but a special thank you to Satya who was serving our table and I especially loved how clued up he was on the menu. It was a really good evening and I will be sure to visit them again!

Locted at Calangute, this is one of the must try restaurant in Goa. Very good food, good service and nice ambience. The cocktails/mocktails and food we had was excellent. The chef will come to each and every one to ask about the food which was nice. The rates are little high but it's worth for it. They also charge a service charge @ 10%.

The food and service was worth every penny! The hosts were helpful in suggesting out the best dishes and drinks. To find the place was bit difficult, as it is located away from the busy streets of the city. Food is on the expensive side, but definitely worth it!

Amazing dining experience. Kudos to chef and her team. Everything was perfect as we celebrated our anniversary. My favourite was crabmeat appetizer and chettinad style pan fried mutton. Also, Bailey's gelato was mind blowing.
