If you Don't want to waste you money and most important test of food please don't visit it's worst place i have ever visited.
But today (7th november'21), I am angry, amused, amazed and also afraid because the manager / owner - whom I had called on 5th november, shared my number with some random guy, got me called and ranted his heart out (all under the guise of " madam humko clear karna hai" )
Also, it is funny how 45+ or may be 50+ men react to criticism - because the owner/ manager said to me (while whining) that " aapke comments ke liye dhanyawaad aur order karne k liye aur bhi hotels hain " - I mean , since when do 1 star reviews give the outlet the right to infringe my right to choice?!!!!??
P.S.: The number I used to place my order (& also run my zomato account) is different from the one I used to call them and discuss the issue before reviewing with a 1 star. So, I know who shared it!!!!!!
I would take time to review this food joint because i do not want anybody else to be fooled by the incorrect reviews posted about this restaurant.
Ordered Spring roll and Malai chaap. It was a pickup order.
Ambience of the restaurant was not good. Tables and Floor were dirty and the empty plates were there on the tables with leftover in them. Houseflies were having a gala time. Owner must install electric fly catcher and killer. Also, please keep the eating area and tables clean all the times for god's sake.
Person on the counter was looking unclean and sleepy.
Spring roll was filled with Maggi and was not even fried properly. It was like a roti roll stuffed with maggi and stinking of refined oil.
Malai chaap was half burned and half uncooked. I threw malai chaap after having one bite and even the street dogs were not ready to eat it.
The cook surely does not have any idea what they are cooking and the material used is also tasteless and third grade.
Now coming to the cost part, One spring roll, as described above, was for Rs. 128. I surely expect much better food when I spend money on overpriced items .
Would definitely never order food from them, for sure.
