Best place to enjoy with your friends and family with Indoor and outdoor seating. Neat and clean place. Good services. Loved their food and cake. Best place.

There Dosa was good but rest noodles was not upto mark.
We request them not to make it spicy but we ended with spiciness in our taste buds.

Overall we had good experience but was bit costly as compare to quantity.

Can't complain about anything! The place, food and prices all are pretty good.
An ideal place to have brunch and nice little chat.

Food was really yummy fresh and ethnic.
The atmosphere was good. The lights were soothing.

The Chinese food was really tasty as they used the spices exactly the way Chinese food should taste like.

We order our food and because food was so yummy we ordered more.

However service was not good, lots of time in preparation was wasted. The cook inside the kitchen didn't keep any record of orders. So he forgot some of our order and later he cooked it on request.

The cashier guy was polite, nice but the servers have a bad attitude. They don't give you desired service.

Pathetic service, or one may say no service at all!

It is a self-service place, though no such information can possibly happen to first time customer -- there is no board for this. On the top of that staff there do not bother to inform you, and you just keep waiting for the waiter.

No menu cards whatsoever..no washroom..seating is not comfortable as they are hard wood benches and stools. Food is just okay, and fairly priced. UPI for payment not accepted.

Only aesthetics are good. But other cons overwhelm this only pros.

Bottom line: you may seek to visit it if you've no other option feasible at the moment. Otherwise avoid it

Really great place for some evening fast food and cakes. The items used are of good quality and the food tastes pretty good. Overall, it is just a quality fast food restaurant which is not expensive.

I wish I could pray to god that this eatery (franchise of model bakery) be stopped. I literally wish this. Wish of the day should be a thing. Absolutely shady in the already shady ambience of vikas nagar. A rat ran up my hair as I took first bite of their garbage. I can't imagine how branded products like model bakery items are available. Should they do some sort of quality check? Kanpur at it's lowest.

No washroom here. I was surprised a place that serves food does not have a washroom.
Tried chilli paneer and fried rice was decent and good quantity. Value for money. Small place not recommended for a large group.
