Excellent fast food restaurant with multiple options starting from burgers to pizzas to fries... You can find every delicacy that you may find at any well renowned fast food places like McD or BurgerKing... Also all the options are vegetarian, so you can eat there with ease of mind if you are a vegetarian...

The place has a decent ambiance and was not crowded on my visit. Service didn't take too long.

They accept cashless payments which is a good thing.

Reasons behind not rating 5 are
* They give plastic straws ( I know, this will not matter to people who have never been out of Guna, but you are not justifying a nice shake presented in a reusable glass bottle with a metal lid. )
* They didn't have a trash can (or a dust bin as you would know).
* They don't plan to get a dust bin : this may sound odd. I liked that they give shakes in bottles (most would know they source of inspiration for this). They gave a plastic straw with the bottle. I finished my shake and asked the person at the counter "ye kaha rakhna hai (where should I keep this)?" To which he replied "aap wahi chhod do, hum saaf kar leinge (you can leave it on the table, we'll clean it up)". This is a welcome gesture of hospitality.
But try it this way.
If you want us to leave your glass bottles and plastic straws on the table, you are spoiling us. In addition, if you are using fresh bottles for each serving, I appreciate your move but, if you are throwing away the bottles and straws, you are adding to the problem (pollution). The bottles are relatively easy to spot and are picked up and recycled. No one picks up the straw, it finally gets inside a whale and no one cares about that either.

Your quality is good, don't charge your customers for a complimentary glass bottle. Ask them for the extra bit. Let them know that they are helping the environment. If they like, they can pay for the "luxury" package.

I took the bottle with me but I ask the guy at the counter "ye straw kaha rakhna hai (where should I keep the straw)?". The reply was "aap bahar neeche daal do, saaf ho jayega (put it outside on the ground, it will get cleaned up)"

PS: I have no problems with taste and service quality in any other way.

And if you really want to look for extra level of detail,
No place to wash hands, no toilets and also the place is not very easy to spot for the first time.

Hope this helps
