Zangos Hot Chicken Kottayam

We had chicken burgers jumbo and it was really good. The taste was amazing. The ambiance of the place is also very good. You need to park your car in basement and take the lift. Staff is also good and helpful. The food was given very fast too. Place is also very clean and sitting area is excellent.

The best place to have broasted chicken. The menu is very good and extensive. The restaurant has a very good, spacious, airy and ambient dining space. The broasted chicken you get here is much much much better than the mainstream fried chicken shops in India. The prices are also affordable. They have a small play area for children and is very much child friendly. This is best place for big get togethers as well. Would love to visit again when I get a chance. Great food.

Was a bad food experience. Not as per their add.. bought Wednesday offer 10 piece bucket chicken.. really bad. All 10 were to small and not even good position of the chicken. Smokey grill peper spice is a bad option.

Loved the place... Even the taste is good... But while we place the order the guys attitude is too much...he is standing their like some one is forced him to do something...their is one Hindi speaking guys... Which is superb..and customer friendly...

Used to like Zangos, but as they say over the years it will lose as the money comes in the services will be decreased, Well its completely lost .
Todays experience - Inexperienced staff , the people who served had confusions with the orders and they ended up serving our order to some other tables, Ordered extra fries with our main and i didn’t receive the order for 20minutes and i had to remind them again and waited another 20minutes, which the server served to a different table, and the customers on that table refused, which in turn i got after sometime. The soft drink was not cold , they gave a 2 litre Pepsi which was kept in their store and i asked for a cold one and they served me with broken ice which i have seen in fish markets which they put on fish in one paper glass.Well enough said Hope the management will look into the matter urgently and put the staffs who are well trained starting from the counter staff. Hope they will return back and so that i can visit them again with my family.

Atmosphere of this place is remarkable.Excellent Place For Crispy and Tasty Chicken With quite Reasonable Price . Although we experienced a slight Delay in getting the food .Eventhough The Lag Flown away by the cheesy Burger 🍔

This place is cool. They have a huge dining space inside and also offer different varieties of fried chicken. We tried the normal offer bucket, it exceeded our expectations. The chicken was too good, crispy and flavorful. Best spot to hang out with a large group of people. Their fried chicken is comparatively better. Very neat space

This is my experience and review.
The thing I loved the most is the space and the interior, it was amazing. Its like something out of this world. It was colour full.
About the food, their is not much on the menu. Its like the same in that of a KFC menu. I got the crispy chicken and it was delicious.
The only negative was the delay, after ordering the food will be delivered to our table but it took very long time, don’t know why because there was not that much rush.
Overall the ambience is good , food is good but the staff don’t have a smile on their face.
