Oil used in French fries is doubtful, please check, it smelled little. When asked for tissue paper the lady staff was reluctant to give. After some time she gave that too 2 pcs when i ordered around 3 meals. Not recommended from my side. Poor service quality, food inspection should be done by relevant authorities especially number of times the oil used and type of oil.

On the 30th SEP 2022 I MADE A payment from Google pay of RS 449.40 for the meal , THE AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THE MERCHANT SAYS THAT THE AMOUNT WAS NOT RECEIVED I SHOWED THE SALES REP THE DEDUCTED MESSAGE FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY DENIED SAYING THAT IT WILL GET A REVERSAL HOWEVER I WAS FORCED TO REPAY IT I PAID THROUGH MY CARD WITH THE PROMISE OF WITHIN 5 BUSINESSDAY I WILL GET THE REFUND, I WAITED FOR 7DAYS I DID NOT GET ANY REFUND OR CALL FROM THE Burger KING MANAGER, I WENT TO THE OUTLET ASKED THEM FOR THE PAYMENT THE Manager PIYUSH TOLD ME THAT HE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROCESS BY MONDAY I WILL GET MY AMOUNT NOW ITS 3 DAYS NOW , FROM YESTERDAY I AM TRYING TO REACH HIM NO RESPONSE FROM HIM AND TODAY I CALLED HIM HE IS SAYING THat it will take other 2 more days (every time i go there i have to spend 100 rupees for petrol and 50 for parking pethetic) kindly do pay from UPI use card payment)

It's in sy nice prime location with good parking facility very very big shop with lots of varities and it's better if you place order online and come before coming

Very bad food. 2 burger buns were hard, we got it exchanged. Fries not good. In pheonix mall such a big Burger King, no hand wash, no toilet. Bad experience. Hope you know burgers are how much healthy. Opt for a better neighborhood hotel, who is giving better quality food.
