Service is good but the most important drawback is
If u have no cash then the last option is payment via online
But the parivaar restaurant owner said you have to pay additional amount
Example your bill is 1257-
If you pay through paytm or phonepe or via debit card then restro owner said you will pay 1319.86-

that is not fair
So please if u have only option online pay then avoid parivaar Restaurant and also deluxe hotel katihar
It's really disappointed me and many more
