Purchased 2 pairs of shoes online for my sons birthday gift. paid by PayPal USD 70/-. No Confirmation of order on message or email. No tracking ID of the dispatch. All the emails to email ID given on their site bounced. Approached PayPal for refund. Email ID of the store given to us by PayPal also bounced. PayPal receipt shows only one pair of shoes. Store sent some fake USPS tracking no to PayPal, which showed shoes already delivered on 2nd may, but that tracking did not show any name or address, only name of town. No intimation from USPS for the delivery(usually they send) Of course did not receive the parcel from store . Based on this tacking PayPal dismissed our complaint.
After that the store site has changed the contact email ID, which we could reach them. Got a nonspecific reply from store to wait for 5 days that was on 6 may 22. After 17 days from this email no reply, no product delivery, no refund. Lost the money, Lost the precious time, Lost confidence. I am royally shrewd by this store.
