Great products and prompt service for mailing in India. But mailing process to USA needs improvement. An order from December 2020, is yet to reach the intended recipient in USA. Himalayan Kraft, needs to work on adopting FedEx (or any other renowned and prompt courier service) , if HK wants to serve its international clients. Other than this concern, all kudos to great Himalayan artists.

I have ordered a hoodie (Trendy Pahari Casual Kullu Design Zipper Hoodie - Blue) from your website. But the product was not in good condition and was damaged and the fabric quality is too poor, so I messaged you on WhatsApp number for return the order. your contact person replied that as per policy we don't return such orders whereas it is written on your website that the product will be returned if it is damaged or defective.

I ordered jecket n that size is small to me,i want exchange that so i return the order (return shipping cost borne by me) after that i send email and called them for receiving confirmation. Thay didn't reply by email and didn't picked up call but answered on WhatsApp chat that they received the return item. I requested them that send me bigger size. But they get silent, after one week i again send them email and called them so many times, i send messages on WhatsApp too n called on WhatsApp too. But totally silent from Himalayankraft. They didn't send the items and didn't returned my money. Very poor customer's services. If they don't return coustomer's money, God knows they pay well to weavers or not.
I purchased them directly to help weavers community other wise their products are available on Amazon on same price with free return policy.

I ordered for 2 shawls in January and prepaid for them too. It's March and I have still not received my order. No one answers the phone too. Very poor service. I think these people are big time fraudsters.
