Spicy Family Restaurant

I have been ordering from spice for almost 6 months. My experience about food has been bad. Thrice the ping pong veg I orders came uncooked or stale. I had to return the same. Yesterday after ordering a home delivery and waiting for 50 minutes realized that they did not even sent the order to be prepared. When asked why the person said it was an error and will get the food in soon which was not very convincing
When I visited the place , the person said he does not speak any language other than Telugu and said the reasaurant does not have a manager and was rude making me feel I am not a welcome person in the restaurant as u do not speak Telugu . Decision taken, never order from this place.people who enjoy food and service there , keep doing it,. Me never again...

Not suitable for vegetarians.Looks they mix everything and least bother about people sentiments.I have ordered for veg biryani parcel and I have traced tiny parts of chicken crushed bone pieces which is very bad. Be careful ...!!

It is better if they can concentrate on quality as their kitchen looks bad

Had a worst experience though the food was good and prices were affordable as tge service is wrost they took almost 20 mins to attend the table though there was no other person in the hotel and ando 30 mins to get my order done and the worst part is that don't actually have all the dishes from the menu service is completely bad i would have rater absolute low if the was food was not good 2 stars us jus fir the foid aoarts tgat its not a great place specially when you are hungry

The place has changed a lot , since my first visit and recent visit and gave me two different opinions on the place, in the first time the food was good and the management is good too, but in my recent visit there was low maintenance of the place, and there was also delay in my serving, the food didn't taste as good as it was before

The biryani here is one of the best available in the locality.
The restaurant is also neat and clean.
But the prices are a bit high.
The staff are well trained and welcoming in nature.
The service is also fast and good.

Went to a birthday party at this hotel, good food and good place for small functions

Very slow service, even with minimal customers. Their quality of food is ok but lacks taste. Good ambience and all but I would consider this a last option in that area as there are many other good restaurant there
