Highly disappointed with the service, not satisfied with the taste of the food items.
Tried NV meals, Chicken Briyani, Vanjram Tawa Fry and Fish Finger.
Wait time after getting leaf 15 minutes to serve the veggies and curries which should be ready anytime and to get white rice wait another 10 minutes.. They like to have 1 time service it seems.. they ll never look again for the rice second time.. before you complete your food you'll get your bill.. how smart 😎😎

One of the famous Non-Vegetarian restaurant in Trichy. We ordered Mutton Biriyani, Fish Biriyani, Nattu Kozhi gravy, Chicken Noodles and Egg full boil. They gave thalcha and curd onion for Biriyani. Mutton biryani and chicken noodles are good. Fish biriyani not good. And Nattu Kozhi gravy gave slightly sweet taste. So it's also not good.
Service and atmosphere are good.

Worst server and One of the worst experience i ever had. I ordered mutton meals and chicken sidish. They charged 240 but gave only mutton gravy. When asked for other gravy they said it has to be asked to manager . Why I should pay 240 for mutton meals if will not get other gravy . Instead o ordered non veg meals I could have got all gravies for around 150. Charging more and giving worst food . The taste is also not up to the mark .

We ordered carb soup, empty briyani, chicken lollipop, mutton chukka, koththu parota, mutton curry Dosa.
Mutton curry dosa - ₹180/_ Worst, it tastes like normal egg dosa

We, a group of 7 members went for a family lunch on 08- 02- 2023. My uncle and his friend had crab soup. Later that day they had food poisoning and fever. They took trips and some medications to get back to normalcy.The soup was hot but the crab was cold. The chicken soup smelt bad. The biriyani was not up to the mark. Fish finger was good. Our over all experience was bad. We have been to other branches of banana leaf in trichy and went to this branch with the same expectation. But we were totally disappointed because of the health issues we had later. Concerned officials kindly look into this. Thank you

Always of awesome taste. Service was little slow, but food quality and quantity were amazing. Restroom needs more cleanliness and attention

It was good experience at my first experience for lunch. Food taste of was good, but not delicious. Service was good and took 15mins to serve lunch

I am asking to waiter like wheat oriented like chappathi , roti like that but he said it closed then chicken tikka I will give the order but taste is not good then chicken look like raw meet not cooked well also ordered panner butter masala very worst taste only tomato and onion only available they will not add cashew nut paste like taste south indian Puli kozhambhu food is very worst
