Terrible service from two servers trying to fight to take orders a total mess no water glasses supplied. Arguing with us on orders as if we hav’t ordered before.

We where a group of 14 asked before to get all of us in one side then we where scattered in different places

The waiters where keen on getting tips and trying to impress us at the end.

today i entered in this hotel for eat some food. and i ordered some food. that was more delicious and so hot and fresh. especially mutton biriyani, i addicted for it. they have a clean and hygienic dinning hall, that is more attracted me. totally theni kannamma mess was really amazing hotel for taste and good experience. so if you want to eat tasty food with joy, definitely you come this kannamma mess. it will be nice experience.

Tried breakfast here. Eventhough the name doesnot have the typical Vegetarian Bhavan's name and since the name is Kannamma, the restaurant has all the vegetarian breakfast menu too.

Taste was equally good and price was not too expensive.

After a long and tiring trip to Munnar, we came here for dinner as planned by our bus operators. They served the best comforting food ever. Rates were also reasonable. Highly recommend this place if you want good food and good service.
