Al Ajwa Multi cuisine Restaurant - FAMILY RESTAURANT IN PONDICHERRY

Very nice restaurant which seves non veg halal food. The ambience is really nice, a nice place to visit with family. Food taste and quantity both were nice. I had Chicken 65 biryani which is served with two side companiants which was really nice. Then I had Nan with Hyderabadi chicken, which was average, actually it was really really spicy so was not meant for me. Overall, a nice family restaurant.

Meanwhile we were the last customer today and it's been 11pm and they didn't even say anything as we delayed because we've entered that restaurant lately

Food taste is good dining is also good but service is too late

Went here for lunch had Al ajwa Spl chicken and tandoori biryani both were good. But in tandoori biryani we got only one piece

Worst food. We bought Chicken Noodles and Chicken Fried Rice. The noodles is not cooked at all. Also the vegetables were uncooked. Worst noodles I have tasted.

Had a very bad experience at the restaurant. It was dingy and the place smelt. Had gone there with really high expectations but was very disappointed. Would not recommend the restaurant unless you have no other options. The shewarma was unnecessarily spicy. Many of the items in the menu were missing. Taste was below average.

Waited for about 10 min to place the order in a hotel where no other customer except me was present and that too with some 2 to 3 workers in front of me. Finally i myself called the busy chatting person and Ordered cream of Mushroom soup. I've never tasted such a bad soup. The attender of my table gave the soup in my hand instead of keeping it on the table. Didn't give me normal water but instead there was Bailey water bottle in each and every table.

He also didn't care to come back ask if I needed anything else. I was about to order some food for takeaway but due to their very bad service I just paid for not so worthy food and walked out.

The lady in the billing was also not concerned about the customer and she was found chit chatting with another worker and didn't care to ask the worker to take order who was just in front of me.

This will be my first and last visit....
Just don't go. Find some other good clean place.

They put water bottle in all table as commonly. They not provide common water in jug. So be aware. Finally they adding in bill this .
Foods that now not worthy as they billing . Very worst . Reception girl is busy with serving boys always so not worried about customer. Worst experience in this pondy restaurant.
