Family friendly restaurant ideally situated in side the Mall. Food is decent with a choice of cuisine ranging from North and South Indian to Chinese. We tried their lunch time meals, chicken noodles and also biriyani, all of which were good. Pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. Credit cards accepted. Lunch times can get quite busy. Takeaways available.

Great ambience... Food far below expectations.. looks like chef needs a proper training to prepare Chinese cuisine..

A quiet place to dine. Good ambience and quality food. But customer service is very poor.

Ambience is good. Can have an aerial glance of Kottayam from this restaurant. Average food, above average price. Poor service. Long waiting time. Not at all crowded. It’s in the fifth floor.

Restaurant looked spacious. It has glass walls and well lit. If you sit on the sides, you can get a good city view from the 5th floor. Whether you will find that view interesting is a different question. Food we had was good. Neat and hygiene place. If it is any perk, Mall of Joy has free parking!

Good and tasty food with neat and clean ambience. Service is also nice.
Only thing is that you will find yourself thirsty after the food.

The food isn't really great. The quantity of the food isn't satisfying. I feel scammed every time I buy any tikka dishes from there. The ambience is good, it's good for family dining.

It is rather spacious and ambience is terrific as you could see the outside through its transparent glass .It is a multi cuisine restaurant. Service and quality of good is fairly decent .They serve yummy soups more often than not .it is damn too perfect for a family to dine out and spend some quality time together .On the flip side ,a little bit pricey when compared to other restaurants in kottayam and parking is hassle free as it is located within the mall
