World Famous Open Theater. The festival is based on the relationship between Kansa and Krishna (uncle and niece). During this 11-day festival, the entire Bargarh is divided into Mathura and Gokul and the Jeera River turns into the Yamuna River. The most interesting thing is that in this 11 days all high officials, such as CM or PM, are compelled to follow the rules and regulations of Raja Kansh because in these 11 days a monarchy, not a republic, operates in Bargarh. And in this festival Raja Kansh is projected as not only a demon but a good king, administrator, welfare king.😃

Awesome Experience. Was lucky to see the procession of the Mighty Kansh Raja . This is one of The largest open air theatre in the World. Everyone must visit atleast once in lifetime. The fairs (melas) are good too , government has taken proper care of the fest . Whole Bargarh town was decorated and it was wholesome to see that too . This year being the 75th year was always special.

I came Here For 2nd time in my life 1st time when i came here i was child at the age of 8 or 9yrs , But This Time I came here after a long time with a lot of depression When I entered bargarh the vibe of Dhanu Yatra Hit me through it's waves We went to the mina bazar after that we ate delicious foods, enjoyed the crowd and I experienced the various type of colour Ferris wheel 🎡
It's was a nice day at The World Famous Dhanu Yatra ❤️.

World famous yatra unbelievable open ,very disciplined and we'll organised yatra. I loved much and fell proud as becomes a part of this yatra as well as this BARGARH town .A cultural soil.
