Vasan Eye Care - Theni

Visited Theni hospital after examine ordered optical glass on 10.2.18 till today 22.2.18 not delivered , call over phone irresponsible answer very very poor service not promt delivery. High official take care. As my experience they are not eligible for any rating.

They are concentrating only on grabbing money.In my own experience, I admitted my father for cataract surgery & they asked to come morning 8am & already I paid 24k .once reached there they asks to pay again 8k (with corona charge I don’t know why?we r not corona patients).i said mam ATM machines are NOT opened plz start surgery I will pay later but they refused it. They behaved like pay first & treatment next. Then I paid 8k at 10 am aft tat they did surgery. Aft tat they said yoo have to do another eye(right eye) surgery immediately.i checked with another eye doctor he said it is not urgent. Aft surgery again I paid 10k & total I paid 2+24+8+10 =44k . Later one week I spoke to one of my Fnd he said he did for his mother at Coimbatore shankara hospital he paid only 25k for all expenses.
So better check other hospital if vasan eye care suggest go for any surgery

Vasan eye care is one good eye care hospital and the check up is also done well... But the optical has only limited spectacle options and you don't get more choices... Every eye operations is also done here..

No respect for patients. No care for ER services. Doctors are not on time and making patients to wait for more than 1 hour. Approach is not much appreciated. Totally find a better hospital

I have referred one of my known patient for cataract surgery& he is very satisfied with the treatment & outcome. Dr Manoranjan gave him good chair time& clarified all his doubts.The staffs were very helpful and supportive from primary checkup till post operative care.Overall we are very happy& would strongly recommend this hospital

There is no long queue. The staff are very courteous. They treat the patients with respect. Dr. Manoranjan is polite and explains things very clearly. No unwanted medicines are given. The counselors clear the doubts. They don't force you to buy glasses or advise surgeries unnecessarily. Very happy with the treatment

Hospital was very clean, good reception by all staffs and great treatment by Dr. Manoranjan.

Doctors behave rudely, don't even allow patients to ask doubts. Sarcastic comments by doctors irritate us further.
