Well fees of Eye's Care is Rs 300 for eye check up. So, many machine here to check eye disability. All the staff work properly. Doctar is kind to patient.

they are really serious about their patients. they take care of complete hygiene. they even provide their own gloves and mask for convenience of there patients and they do multiple checkups before coming on any conclusion. they try their best to make sure that patients don't get bothered by multiple arrivals.....

A hospital with best Dr and worst management with third class low standard staff
No doubt Dr Mahesh punjabi sir and Dr Ankit punjabi sir both are best . They are good surgeon and their experience is really good.they guide you the actual thing . whatever problem you have without wasting your time .they talk point to point
But their staff is more slow than a tortoise .
The worst administration and the worst staff.
You have to sit there for hrs and hrs and hrs without any communication.
No any staff will answer your query .if you ask anything to them they yell at you like u have taken some loan from them .
All you will be notified that whenever ur name comes up u got there.
For 5 min.consultation of Dr Ankit or Dr Mahesh you have too spent a whole day in their hall where they will make u dance in all the cabins unnecessary without knowing for what you have visited them
If they improve their management system then they can be the number 1 hospital of kota
They have latest equipments and machineries but they have staff with 0 knowledge,0 common sense ,0 sense of responsibility , and no manners to talk with the patients.they behave so rudely with the senior citizens who can't see propi.they yell at them and insult them in front of other patients.
Seriously I always have to waste my whole day just for 5 min.consultation .
And that too on top that u will get appointment for atleast 15 days later and then when you reach on appointment day sometimes Dr will be out of city which they never inform to their patients who already took appointment .they disappear for weeks without any prior information many of the days in 1 month.
It took me 3 weeks for my 2nd checkup appointment when my tests was supposed to be done within 3 days.
Most of the time their RGHS doesn't work
And medical team...uff wt to say .the word worst can't define them. medical people are disgusting.they will never ever talk to u in normal launguage. Visiting their medical staff means u have to get humiliated by them.
They really really need to change their team or working culture.its not gonna sustain for longer with current behaviour

My mother was suffering from eyesight issue also we had one disaster operation from govt hospital bt then we come to ankit punjabi sir and i am happy to say he is a genius. he give best advice to us and operate very well now my mother's eyesight is very well also we are satisfied with treatment.
