My review is based on Telephone conversation I Had. I got a good response and immediate clarity for my query.

Some people posted review like no one picked the phone call. Yes that's correct but try couple of times you will get a response.

My advice to embbasy is to adopt for IVR to avoid this kind of poor experience by people

very bad staff (A person who receive the help line number call he always says can you call back after 15 minutes)

Staff on entrance and window is very polite and helpfull
