Good place to buy things employees knows the customwr need and they will provide you a lot of info yes push sale is tgere but i think we all fo out research before buying something so thats not gonna be any issue over experience is great

Store manager Gopal and the working staff named Bapi we dealt with.

During the payment we had to wait for an hour for the bill to generate.

The AC delivery made from the store was very irresponsible. It was just wrapped in plastic while the delivery was made.

Now during the installation, the voltas person who visited informed that there are parts missing in the AC.

Nice Place and price is very reasonable...

This is one of the best places for electronics at Coochbehar. The salesmen are cooperative and helpful. They have a good collection of electronic gadgets.

Nice shop, staff behaviour is very good. Collection of various electronic gadgets is not upto the mark

Worst Reliance Retail store in Coochbehar!
The behaviour of the staffs are very rude and rough,lack of proper product knowledge,not even a WIFI for the customers to pay online,no cellular network works inside as they have network-jamer in the store to prevent staffs from using phone,but forgotten about the Customers concern! Paid through debit card,money deducted twice from my account but they claimed that no money is received at their end! When I showed my bank's online mini statement,one the cashier was arguing with me in rude language! I had purchased a Samsung Front-Load washing machine of 35K,along with a 2 Years Extended warranty worth ₹4K,they even refused same day delivery,even after taking booking amount of ₹2,000/- in one week advance before my purchase,even promised me a gift but after billing is done they also refused that!

Such a horrible experience ever in purchasing at a Reliance Retail store,where no customer satisfaction is maintained at all!!! Only the behaviour of the Store Manager was good,but the rest was a totally disappointing and I will think twice from now before visiting any store run by Reliance Retail Limited.

Not recommended as normal dealer stores are much better in service and behaviour from this store!!!
