Horrible service. Purchased a refrigerator on 7th April, 2021. This got spoilt on the 29th of the same month. We contacted them multiple times and they sent a serviceman 15 days later (11th June). We were assured that within a week either the parts will be changed or a new refrigerator will be given.

Post that, I have been trying to contact them. The store isnt answering any calls and have totally ignored. This isnt the kind of service we expect from a reputed brand like Samsung
