I planned to buy AC ,but after all the negative comments of defective peices, I am not going to buy from here.

Thanks to the people who warned me. To the dissatisfied customer if you are not satisfied complain them to the consumer court online,within no time they will be punished.

I have problems of phone charging option ,I need to change the port also .it was not available at that time ,but they guarantee ne to available that tools within 7 working days .they made their promises.i m a satisfied customer now.

Useless store gives defect piece and the service is very bad. It's been 4 days I have brought ac and is not installed properly yet and they dont even recieve the call. True suggestion never buy from this retailer. After giving the defective piece they are openly saying that they will not exchange or return it and even there behaviour is very rude and inappropriate. Losing my believe in samsung.

I brought AC 3 days back and today they have installed it and then got to know that the piece is defective but they openly refused to return or exchange it but are saying that they will repair it. This store is totally ingenuine and don't care about costumer. Shameless people and also no humbleness in talking very rude. Never buy from this retailer.

They sell defective product. I got my Samsung S20 FE 5G from here, the phone was defective had to suffer a lot. Please buy online at least you can get your product replaced there.
