I had a 6 year old Helios 300 laptop that had a damaged screen and a broken hinge. It was difficult to find parts for this laptop online (even on eBay), so I decided to visit Video Parlour.

Anjan did an excellent job on the repair at a very reasonable price. He also delivered the laptop earlier than the timeline that was initially promised. The laptops looks and works as good as new. 10/10 would recommend, even if you have an obscure laptop model that needs repair.

These days it gets very difficult to get electronic items repaired. I was looking to get my Sony home theatre repaired, which I very well knew had repairable issues. But the problem was to find a reliable shop who could cater to my need rather than trying to sell a new home theatre. It was at this point when I was told of VIDEO PARLOUR, and trust me the entire process was so smooth thereafter.

They called me at each point to let me know the problems they detected, what was repairable and what was to be replaced. The best part after all the repairing was that they came to my house to re-install it, and the total bill was really surprising / negligible.
