Once you pay no cares how late delivery you get or if installation is pending for days

If you call they will say ok we will call you back
And stop receiving your calls
Because now WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER IF CUSTOMER HAS ALREADY PAID??? RIGHT???

Before payment staff to me-
you call us anytime sir regarding any problems….bla…bla….(Reality- we don’t care about you once you pay and leave the store)

The store manager Pratap Awana is very rude person. He misbehave and is a fraud person. He doesn't know how to deal with customers and make his own policies. He should be thrown out from this place. After that this place would grow more. Before payment they talk nicely, but as soon as payment is completed their behavior and policies changes. They make fake promises before payment ...never trust or buy anything from this store

NEVER BUY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL. I generally buy electronics from Croma, but thought of buying a TV from Relaince Digital GIP Mall. Bought a TCL 32" Android TV. This store has a bunch of Jaahil salesperson with NO After-Sales service. Paid on 1st Jan, TV delivered on 4th Jan in South Delhi. And still no information on installation. I have called them 5 times on different numbers.
