Satisfactory# ...Genuinety# ....friendly service#......i hav issue in my ac got repaired 3 times from outside market but can't resolved ...completely wastage of money then i move to authorised service center and my machine is working fine at nominal low cost.

The Service of Samsung Airconditioner is pathetic. They are going to keep you in dark and tell you the lies, manipulate the customer, no service standards and no SOP. Better avoid this firm if you have option. Going to them is like regretting for ever
