Sonovision

I have been to sonovision last month for purchase of Samsung 32ich TV. Product was packed well & handover to us. Samsung technician who visited our home do not have basic knowledge on all parts & messed up things. Sonovision store manager (Ravi garu) understood the issue & provided a replacement very next day. It's truly a very good shopping experience with Sonovision. We also bought washing machine, and AC from Sonovision (kasba bazar) branch in the past.

Asked water for the customer executive. The answer was that water was outside and you can drink over there. I went in for a night dress in an emergency purchase for the stabilizer. I don't have a below 1 rating. better store manager should guide their staff at least to respect customer

Sales team give over commitments, SERVICE TEAM Worst, never buy LG ACs Service team irritate you alot

Very unreliable.. they never keep their promise. We paid advance and never got the product for the price promised.
Please don’t visit this place.

It has good deals but they told us they won't deliver to non localers

A all in one shop for all electronic items.
Visited this place to buy a laptop.
They didn't have latest laptops. Not recommend to buy laptops.

Everything was really good except a poorly and very disappointing customer service from Mr.Rambabu
Wouldn’t definitely recommend going to him if anyone walks to this store
