I go to change sim,time to solve the problem in 10min and got a new with zero cost

Best customer service I have ever seen

I am visited this store to purchase jio dongle but they told if ppurchase for mobile bank Rs1000 to pay extra then only they provide Jio dongle connection. They forced to ask me to pay Rs. 1000 extra apart from dongle price. They cheat the customers. Very very bad service

Such a fraud trap in the name of Jio store . Though they have dongles of all Range in stock , they sell only the ones of Max price 3500 . They are using the ignorance of the pdkt people . Better to buy jio products online . Cheap fraudsters !!!

Nobody is attending the calls

Gone for plan change...no physical distance not sanitized for customers...staffs around 8 person..plus customers around 10 ina small store.may around 10feetx8feet room.. located opp to bus stand no que no spacing marking...some coughing...donno what the manager doing...donno who's the manager...
