IFB Service Dharmapuri

Bad service.

Almost 1week (13th October 2019) before purchased new IFB washing(Senorita wx 6.5kg) machine from IFB dealer and same day ticket raised for technician assistant required to install and required demo of washing machine usage. till now technician is not coming to my home and same thing I raised to consumer complaint to IFB to take action on the service centre.

Bought a new IFB washine machine 1 month back. Hardly used, after a month the washine machine is not getting ON. Called and informed the service center. Its been 5 days and yet they havent come to check the issue.when i call, they will say they will be coming today. But there will not be any response after that until you call back and check.Worst service.

Stupid people working here, is this a service center they won't respond they don't do there work, waste center these people are spolling the name ifb

Worst service, we never had before. Couldn't find any ethnics or genuineness from people inside service centre.

Not attend commitment time, But service is good

They simply spoil the brand name.
Very worst.......

Very worst response and poor service.called for ifb oven & washing machine service (20 days back ) Till date I didn't receive my oven. Serviced washing machine is also not working. Call them very next day but no response.Staff Nithya & Saranya are not responding properly kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I bought ifb washing machine after 4 month itself I was getting error in washing machine when I raise they told they will visit later we have not got any response
