After sales is pathetic.
No proper service.
I got my AC..and before purchase they assured they will send service guys every 3months once. They dint keep their promise. Now i have to run behind samsung service men to book service.

Very worst behavior by staff (Chinna durai) calling untime to girls such a worst fellow in my life my sister give number for aircooler enquiry but he use the number wrongly . 😖😖

Worst customer service in Villupuram nehru ji rd branch. Manager didn't attend the phone call when I try enquiry abt my purchased product. I never recommend this showroom.

Recently I bought one IFB washing machine from sathiya villupuram show room totally damaged piece service boy fited the damaged piece he asked 500 rupees extra charges to me I asked sathiya why this type of machine u send ? Why I paid extra money to service ? they not provide proper answer totally 34000 I lossed 500 service charge also my best suggestion you go to Agni enterprises
