Spare price is very high compare with other service centers. For example Samsung A7-16 mobile display price is 5400rs at Trivandrum branch. But here they asked 6800rs. See the difference is 1400rs.

Really disappointed when I went to service my Samsung M51. Actually in my mobile charger adaptor complaint. Servicemen checked and he told you need to replace the charger adaptor. And he said you need to handover your mobile until the charger arrive our service center. He told it will take more than a week. I am not ready to give my mobile to the service centre. Design definitely they willl made scratches. Then I decided to go Marthandam service center.

Quality service, customer friendly service centre.

Looters. Be careful. Never go for a warranty service. Better to take to some other service centre rather than this.

Not worth the service, they take upto a week to figure out that they can even fix it or not, but whatever they do fix or not ,they will charge a service amount, very slow
